1. Refund & Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items: final sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear.

How to start a return: Email dartclubtn@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: Subject to availability. Contact us to arrange a size or style exchange.

  • Marketing info: your email address and phone number if you subscribe to our newsletter.

By accessing or purchasing from dartclubtn.com, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make a purchase.

Products & pricing: All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed.

Payment: All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — including the DartClub name, logo, graphics, and product designs — is the property of DartClub and may not be used without written permission.

Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links: Our site may link to third-party sites (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer of warranties: The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DartClub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 7 business days of purchase. 

Shipping methods & delivery estimates: Shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery is 7 business days after processing, depending on your location. 

Shipping costs: Based on flat rate fee contingent upon the item that is purchased.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact dartclubtn@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
